I Love…No, I Adore This Website

 

Heart Gallery NYC has a website that attempts to connect the city’s 17,000 foster kids to loving homes. There’s also a Heart Gallery of New Jersey.  Professional photographers take pictures of these adorable children who range from babies to teenagers. All of the children have short bios, briefly explaining their interests and who they are. Some of the kids have special needs, some have to be adopted with their siblings, some have lived in foster care their whole lives and they all deserve a shot at being in a good home.

The hubby and I will adopt at least one child eventually and I think adoption is just the responsible thing to do if you have the time and energy to devote to it. Anywho, I love this site and I think it’s a great idea. Maybe your city has a similar site!

I think it’s impossible to look at this gallery and not want to adopt.
