Well, just like with Latasha Norman, police suspect Franklin’s boyfriend is the culprit and he has been charged with murder. Just a few days before she disappeared, Franklin had contacted police because her boyfriend had threatened her. She was about to get an order of protection against him. She never got the opportunity to do that.
