Facial Yoga

I’m a huge yoga fan. A good ol’ downward dog or a warrior pose is a great way to start out the morning. But the newest yoga trend is facial yoga. Supposedly, doing these goofy excercises will help develop your facial muscles and give you a nice, toned face free of wrinkles and sagging. I don’t know about this. Sounds like a good way to get a few bucks from ladies who lunch though. That woman is probably laughing all the way to the bank…with her tongue sticking out and one eyebrow raised.
