Good Morning, Sunshine

Let your dreams unfold your day

A man who called off his wedding was ordered to pay $150,000 to his would-be bride. I think the fact that he broke it off via a note in the bathroom was a factor in their decision. ~WSBTV~

This article about being black, educated and single is very well written. Usually, these kinds of articles bore me, but Dionne Hill did a good job. ~CNN~

For all the talk of him being a more “conscious” rapper, I think this is the first I’ve heard of Nas participating in any kind of protest (not that doing so is a prerequisite for having the conscious rapper label). He attempted to give Fox News a petition signed by 600,000 people, urging the “news” network to get their biased coverage closer to the center. Fox’s response? “Fox News believes in all protesters exercising their right to free speech, including Nas, who has an album to promote.”~MTV~

Thanks! I try to post a picture of a nice sunrise every weekday morning.

Yeah, that dude was super wrong. To be fair, his ex-fiance was probably no walk in the park either, but calling off a marriage with a note in the bathroom is pretty slimey. It’s kind of like Berger breaking up with Carrie via a Post-it note on SATC.

Anywho, I checked out your website. Your book sounds interesting. Congrats on getting your first novel out there. I’m working on my first novel now.
