This Louisiana Republican thinks it would a great idea to pay poor women $1000 to get their tubes tied.  Oh and he also suggests giving tax incentives to wealthy, college educated couples, so that they have more kids. What an asshat. How about instead of trying to create your own breed of “Super Americans” you help put rescources in lower income communites. ~ABC~
